You can bring a bag in with clothes. It will be check upon entry of the park. Outside food and beverages are not allowed into the park except for one clear, unopened bottle of water per guest. Other exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for baby food, food allergies and medical purposes.
I brought a large bag with changes of clothes, diapers, and my water bottle with no issue. Both kids had a juice cup in the stroller which was also fine. Very friendly place both times we have been there.
