@Charlayne like everyone said it is a part for toddlers off to the side soon as you walk in....but be advised it is small and gets crowded due to the fact the parents are in the water with the little ones. (As they should be)....personally I also dont like how the water in the toddler section looks super murky from all the ppl and body oils etc....

The building is warm. The water is a little chilly but somewhat heated so it's not freezing. Would love if it was slightly warmer. The adult only section is freezing cold and you would think they would have it like a hot tub.

No. Food and beverages are not allowed inside, bag check are done at the door before your enter. If you have a baby they will let you in with food for the baby but that's it. To me I feel that their food is highly overpriced. I recommended packing some sandwiches and juice and just leave it in the car. You can go in and out as long as you keep on your rist band.

I just went and the staff is very selective on how they treat who I payed full price for a package ahead of time we was put out of the private room 45 minutes early then they was supposed to have a table reserved in the water park area that I also paid for they did not told us we just had to fin for our stuff we came a hour early remind you then I bought a ice cream cake from there for my daughter and they never brought it said they would bring it with the food order and didn't bring it at all they said they would give it to her at the end because its a personal meaning it was to small I brought a Walmart cake and asked them to refrigerate both cakes together because we was being put out the private room early and they said they would bring them at the end they let my kids stay until the arcade closed but kept the cakes said they used it for another party and it was a mix up i will get a discount my next event there bad experience

They stopped the annual passes. They only offer promotions on website for packages with multiple tickets or Facebook for discounts on single tickets.

They were only extending the existing season passes until March 31. If you want to obtain a new one I would call them to make sure.

Unfortunately, the hot tub is closed due to COVID. It goes against the whole social distancing policy. When or if things return to normal, you'll still need a form of id. I believe most places accept a passport or state ID. That would be the best bet.

The lockers are located right inside the water park for easy access. They are $8 for as long as you want it. They accept cash or card for them and you get a wrist band to wear and scan to open your locker. Additional wrist bands are available for $1-$2 a piece. Food was expensive, but thats kind of expected. There is a nice little ice cream shop nearby for the ride home if you check your gps.

It's been 2 days I'm fine with smell..I think the indoor pool might use the saline salt water...when I went under water that feeling in my nose was same as my friends salt water pool and her water gets a haze to it due to the saline salt substance. The difference between here and major water parks, is that the water used I here is the same water used thru out every part of this place... major water parks partition there water supply for individual areas of there park.also the chlorine is so bad because the Sahara Sam is in doors... The area is small and not enough ventilation.
