I dont believe so. I do see some women wearing their Hijab, and also depending on culture or religion some women are fully covered. Of course you have to be appropriately covered up in certain areas as well because it is a family place.
You have to have a bathing suit/swim trunks to use the water slides. If you dont plan on using the slides then you're fine in what ever as long as you're decent.
No really, you wear what ever is comfortable for you, long tights, short tights, bathing suit, what ever you choose, I even saw muslims in their full attire, but they wore long thighs under, which I found great. Go and have fun with your family, it's an awesome place.
Bathing suits are optional, however it is suggested that you wear one. Kids and adults both. As long as your body is covered appropriately you won't have any issues with management.
I saw plenty of people without it but most of them had one on.
