Wow, The customer service rep. Nick was just so frustrating. Explained to him my control box was not responding and he automatically inferred that i damaged it.. Said that i need to check all the led harnesses for damage. Then remove the whole kit and send back. Then they will test it and decide if I get a refund or not... In the mean time I have a down cart and 3 days of labor trying to get this to work... SO FRUSTRATING.. Do not buy this product, the one tech they have is very disrespectful.. All this over a $5.00 control box...

Buy somewhere else. It’s a complete hassle to get anything replaced within warranty period with these people. I will it buy another thing from these people.

Customer service definitely needs improvement, installed one of their Bluetooth Million Color kits and not even two weeks later the Bluetooth module went bad. Now we are stuck waiting on a return process which is definitely one of the worst I've ever experienced. first they wanted the return to come out of pocket and when i let them know that wasn't the best customer service policy they then sent a usps return label and later informed me that it would more than likely be a few weeks before everything is processed. it didn't take you a few weeks to accept payment and send a faulty product.
