Brought in my phone and explained my issue to Jeremey, he checked it out and replaced the SIM card. Phone is now working better. I'd recommend Jeremey as being very helpful, polite and professional........ Follow up : Two days later my phone's problems returned. So, I thought that I might trade in my phone and upgrade. Sounds simple. Looks simple on line and my email is bombarded by Spectrum's invitations to do just that......EXCEPT....Not all phones are created equal or will be accepted in trade in. Apparently, my phone's manufacturer (LG) stopped making phones, so was termed "too old" (even though it was bought and paid for 3 years ago through Spectrum). So, not only did they not offer anything for the phone in trade, but I was now NOT eligible for the $100 off offered when upgrading! Of course this was not explained to me until Jeremey started putting through the sale. As you can imagine, I was not very happy. So I said "No thanks" and left. (as this was not my understanding of the deal right from the beginning and Jeremey certainly knew what brand of phone I had and didn't point out my "problem" till checkout time) Well, bottom line. My initial part of this review was made in the full flush of feeling "At last! Spectrum's changing"...I should have known better. It's like the... "We are experiencing higher than normal call volumes right now and all of our operators are busy talking with other customers"...Then the 25 minute wait...Some things in this life (like Spectrum) never change!

Because covid slowed down its installation of service in many areas. Spectrum is not bad though.

A preexisting line is not associated with spectrum. If you get a bundle which includes a phone line, yes. The line will connect to the Modem or router.
I do not like Spectrum. Had it and seemed that the price kept going up and up Had it and changed to Direcy TV. There were two workers who were quit sarcastic. Do not want them again.

Try making sure the connection (coax cable) is nice and tight. Sometimes that helps. If you notice this only happens on one channel it should be what's called and Audio SAP issue which is an easy fix.

The is no minimum time to have a service. The time only applies to the rate changes as each 12 months are past based on your activation date. When you're done just turn the modem in. Current speed is 100mbps and a planned upgrade to a 400mbps tire is coming soon. And you only have to leave for 30 days to be a new customer again.

No problems reported i had same issue i had to reset my box make sure the cables are tight in ports if so proceed to unplug the box from outlet then replug the box will go thtough s series if updates do nothing it tskes a bit when u see the current time in box window its updated try to see if u can get a channel if not call spectrum
The area just went digital so you will no longer be able to use your television's tuner. The boxes are free of charge at your local office.
Depends on your account. Generally 30 days unless you have a history of late payments, then sooner. On the other hand if you have a good payment history, you may never get a late fee and the bill will just go to collections after 90 days.

Sometimes the lower case L's and capital i's looking the same so try using opposite of what you think it is. But as said before, if that doesn't work call spectrum for assistance.
