You should go to the parks department with this question. People often rent lodges and fields for events, and you need to make sure you're putting your tent somewhere that doesn't infringe on where people paid to use.

They open at 10 in the morning I went last Saturday with my girls I do not know what time they closed but I went in there 10 in the morning I was there for good discipline for the kids I love it my girls love it
