Been going here for years. Went three times during Covid. My insurance scheduled my appointment for me, I get there today and was told it was a VIRTUAL eye exam!!! Had to reschedule for a live doctor... VIRTUAL???????!!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars this place is horrible!! Receptionist are rude the prescription in my glasses were wrong do not recommend EMPIRE VISION NEVERWORKS TO ANYONE!!!
