I found the employees (except for the optometrist) to be very rude. No notification my glasses had come in after 4 weeks. Went in, not even a simple “sorry” when informed. Employee gave me my glasses without wiping the lenses off after getting his fingerprints all over — a small courtesy. On the way out the door, another employee said their text system wasn’t working. Maybe try calling clients. Potential customers, go elsewhere. Just read the reviews.

They're probably swamped. If you can, go see them in person. If not, hope someone becomes available. The last time I was in they were short staffed like everyone else.
You can bring in your prescription and buy glasses there. Not sure about the payment plan.
