Sadly, the receptionists are not warm and friendly. They do not care to be on the phone at all. The dr did a fine job, but didn't seem to really care. I called back the following day for help managing pain and advise. My thoughts were dismissed and I never received a call back with help as I was told.

Glasses cost a fortune. Still haven't gotten one pair after 3 weeks. No one picks up your call. They are not friendly or welcoming like years ago. The thousands we have spent there as a family. Try getting in to see the doctor... Weeks wait for an emergency. Misdiagnosed my son 2 x. Too busy for decent customer care. I've always liked my Dr. ...Even still...is this place worth it? I feel like all they care about is money.

Quick service, very friendly and caring, found out I had a corneal ulcer and they prescribed eyedrops and had me almost all better a few days later, very glad I came here!

Both my wife & I had separate appts a week apart with Dr. Shin. We’ve been seeing him for about 7 years after our long time eye Doctor retired. Never thought we would be able to find a Doctor as good as the old one but we did. Just a great caring &. knowledgeable physician. If we could give him a 10 we would.

I think that it took about a month to get it scheduled, but the second eye was 2 weeks later.
