I have been a patient of Dr. Ryan for 10 years and I will be his patient until he retires, which I hope is decades away! He is kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and always teaches me something about my changing vision. The staff is always pleasant and I never wait too long.

Dr. Zoe Williams was completely unqualified to help me with my binocular vision disorder and convergence insufficiency resulting from a head injury in 2017. On top of her dismissive attitude towards vision therapy, she layered a recommendation for reading glasses (which I tried, but of course they did not help), and then added the icing- a letter in which she diagnosed me with anxiety. She's an ophthalmologist, and not a very good one at that. Completely lacked understanding of the fact that I suffer chronic pain, admitted she did not have a solid understanding of the neurology behind my condition, and then proceeded to write this slanderous letter. I see a very good neuroopthamologist in NYC, but was trying to find someone more local to help me. Patient beware!

Went to the Lac de Ville office today. First time here. Staff was friendly but running a tad behind. No worries I don't know if there were some emergency patients or anything before I arrive so it's all good.

I haven't been there yet but I can tell you just making that phone call for my 2 year old was a perfect start to my morning.Damaris was so kind,funny,precise and made you feel that you were not just another customer. She deserves the best and I hope on my baby's appointment day I can meet this beautiful soul. Thank you Damaris for your best customer service you gave and I'm sure there's more to come
