No problems reported i had same issue i had to reset my box make sure the cables are tight in ports if so proceed to unplug the box from outlet then replug the box will go thtough s series if updates do nothing it tskes a bit when u see the current time in box window its updated try to see if u can get a channel if not call spectrum
Not here (Driving Park Ave) although I did loose everything last week for couple of hours. You at least had internet. Should be back on in about 2 hrs. Good luck. I generally call the office to see what is going on.
