Sakinah R. - HSC provided excellent service although my problem has not been resolved. I appreciate that since this was my second call and a follow-up to an e-mail to an emergency situation that could be potentially a bigger problem she was diligent in getting escalated. The previous call was not properly handled and 24 hours passed with no action. Thank you for your prompt service and attention.

Fits perfectly into typical HOA stereotype of being unprofessional with lack of customer support and willingly picks on individuals. Cheralle W who oversees my community selectively nitpicks on my home but ignores other homes. She complains my driveway needs pressure washing while I can see my neighbors’ is just as dirty and doesn’t need to be pressure washed. Her judgement is also out of whack and fines me for a cutting my lawn. Picture attached with the house cropped out for privacy reasons shows the lawn before and after it was cut, but still got fined for it. Even worse she has an average response time of 10 days. In any other customer facing company, no customer would want to work with you. Their call center is also useless. They can’t resolve any problems as only the community manager can take action.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They are by far the WORSE HOA, I have ever come across. Do not buy property that's managed by them and if you do be prepared to fix everything yourself. I am currently looking into making a complaint and will share that information.

Property with tenants owned by investors (Progress Residential) has grass that has been growing for the last two months, bags of trash has been sitting outside on the front steps for 3 weeks now, trash on the side of home along with a dresser. The last of the sorry HOA members at Lexington Park, Stockbridge GA doesn't do their volunteer job they signed up for (We see you driving around in your car once a month) we all have cameras these days Do I need to list the make and model of your car?? Do your job!!!! If we see these things you should as well. If we report these issues these should be addressed not brushed under the rug!

That is partially true. Your Bylaws/CC&R's/Rules & Regulations, tell you that "noise spilling into your walls from another unit is not permitted", so you can request, in wtiting to your Board, a heaeing before your Association's Covenants Committee, (the only Hearing Tribunal of your Association). Read your BYLAWS! It falls under Committees...Architech-tural, Nominating, & Covenants...the only committee your Board can not "dismiss". Also, make sure your Board is required to perform Annual Audits....in your Bylaws, & request a copy every year. Prepare a letter to your Board every January, and mail it like a bill....Bylaws and a question at 1 Board meeting should be easily & quickly answered by your Board or Propeety Manager. If they "dance around the question of when are annual audits prepared, where, & how...THAT IS A HUGE RED FLAG! Start requesting to inspect Books and Records - your right as a member. Good luck. Pay attention! There are theives everywhere! Sad, but true.
