Went here back in the summer. Showed our ticket to the guy and said it was for the other immersive show in NYC (I’ve looked at that one and it looks better tbh) He gave us all tickets to this one instead. Pulling up to it, it looked like it was going to be great. I was imagining a museum type exhibit, yk things on display with descriptions and stuff. Instead we get in, and all it is is three big rooms with a 20-30 minutes movie being projected on the walls and floor. Some reflective objects on the ground here and there, mirror type things. Very disappointing, we thought it was going to be a fun museum with lots to look at but no it’s just some cheap place with projections. Parking was terrible too. After leaving underwhelmed we decided to go to the ferry and ended up enjoying that much more. In short, It’s not worth your time and money and is very disappointing.

This was a unique and fantastic experience!

The South Street Seaport is about 1.5 mi from Pier 36, there are many restaurant choices or also on Fulton St.
The two exhibits are not affiliated. Universe is selling for the original Immersive Van Gogh, fever is selling a rival exhibit. I hope this information helps clear up the confusion.
There was sufficient seating for everyone but no specific seating for senior citizens.
I’m also curious!
Street parking is tough but you can find spots, may have to walk a few blocks. Otherwise there are lots
Sounds about right. But it's worth it to pay more for the cushion rental, you'll get more from the experience by sitting on the floor. Rather than standing. Those tickets are $70.00. And include a limited edition poster and the ability to arrive up to two hours earlier or later than your tickets time.
The event asks that everyone wear a mask vaccinated or not. I emailed them with the same question and that was their response.
Yes ,you may they will scan the QR code and you are ready to go. Enjoy it is all worth it. Take pictures and videos for great memories. After the exhibit there is a souvenir shop.
No, not guaranteed. The most seats are in the third (last) room.
Seaport is lovely! I got lunch there and walked around and then walked to the exhibit.
So I stayed at Hotel Indigo. It's about 8 mins away . I took an uber there and on the way back to make my date night fun I rode a city bike 😊
Mr Zlotsky please check the website: Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit New York. Thank you.
We took a cab, depending on you're starting point it could be cheaper. We walked to Little Italy from there for a wonderful dinner!
If you bought tix directly from site shouldn't have had a problem, should say to print out tix and also email confirmation. If no response call credit card company and see if charge was posted, if so dispute charges if comes to that. Hope this helps

No proof of vaccination was required but we did have to wear a mask.
When I went on 8/17/21 I was prepared to show my vaccine card but it wasn't necessary. I interpreted that to mean that the exhibit doesn't fall under the parameters of the city's new vaccine policy. Since enforcement of the new policy doesn't start until mid-September the exhibit will have closed before then anyway.
The F train will have the shortest walk to the pier. About ten minutes from the station.
Sorry I have no idea. I caught an Uber from 52 street and it was only 25 dollar's.
I didn't see any parking. I took an Uber. I saw lots of taxis.
Yes, no charge
Definitely this one!
As soon as you arrive there's a paid parking on the right. The whole outside of the venue is covered in Van Gogh artwork. You can't miss it.

There's limited seating on a very few benches in the last gallery area, but they mostly get taken quickly. I don't recall seeing chairs offered but they do offer floor cushions. If you have a walker that also doubles as a seat, that might be the best way to go.
There is a 2 hour limit. It is worth it but I bought a basic ticket and was still amazed. Yes there is a gift shop. With VIP you get a free poster!
There weren't any lockers, so I don't believe there is storage.
The exhibit is located in an old shipping warehouse so its not really located in a touristy part of the city.
There is a pay parking lot right by the entrance.
I believe the location is available when you purchase a ticket
I hope so, because it’s not worth the money.
The water taxi service, I'm not sure where it docks in jersey perhaps Weehawken
Yes, at South Street Seaport and vicinity. 10 minute walk.
One on South St, one on Vesey. I’d go to the one on Vesey...
I used spot hero for looking a parking garages near the 36th st Pier, it worked for me, I walked approximately 10 minutes.
East Broadway stop on "F" train. It's then about a 10-minute walk.
It's located at South in Montgomery streets and there is parking at the site.
Hi! Thank you for letting us know! Did you check your junk, spam and promo folders for an email from "Universe"? If you have and still can't find it, you can resend your tickets to yourself by completing this online form: http://myorder.immersivevangogh.com/
There is parking right at Pier 36 but its a separate company. They charge $30 dollars for 3 hours. It was super convenient and you park your own car but you literally are at Pier 36.
Personally I feel this experience is more for adults. There were a couple of teens sitting near us and all they did was talk loud and laugh. If you can't sit quietly, admire all around you the beauty of this exhibit, then you need to stay home. Just being honest. This is an exhibit were you sit, watch, listen, learn and feel. Children and teens don't have the ability to handle all those things at once.
Hi! You can buy tickets on our website - https://www.vangoghnyc.com/. We do have a Box Office on site at Pier 36, but they are only able to sell tickets to timeslots that still have availability. We would advise buying tickets online in advance in order to avoid disappointment.
Hi! Flex tickets allow for a bigger window of entry. Whereas for regular tickets you are required to enter within the hour you purchased, Flex tickets allow you to enter within a 4-hour window (2 hours before or 2 hours after your start time). VIP tickets include extra goodies like a cushion and limited-edition poster, as well as the ability to skip the line, and more. Premium tickets include a cushion rental for your time at the exhibit, as well as a limited-edition poster designed for the exhibit. You can check out the different ticket types here: https://www.vangoghnyc.com/faq/#hfaq-post-23709.
Take the A, C or F train to East Broadway and then walk about 7 blocks to Pier 36. Walk towards water
Hi! We have 5 wheelchairs available on site for the use of visitors.

There is on-site parking but it's $30. We parked there, went out to eat after and then got our car. We were parked for about 3 hours. They said the lot closes at 10 PM
Yes, there are places to eat with in walking distance but not in the museum.

Hi! There are two different exhibits in New York City that are not affiliated with each other. The shows are not the same. While we can’t elaborate on the other show, we can tell you more about our show 🌻 We are Immersive Van Gogh Exhibit, and we will be in NYC from June 10th through September 6th. The creator of our Immersive Van Gogh exhibition is Italian installation artist Massimiliano Siccardi, whose work was seen by over 2 million visitors in Paris and was featured on Netflix’s Emily in Paris. For more info on our show, you can visit https://www.vangoghnyc.com/. At the top of our website, there is a tab for other cities we are currently operating in, or opening our doors in soon - feel free to check them out and read our reviews.
