Firstly, this agency needs to be reported to DOL for many reasons. 1. They offer no holiday pay if your schedule is on a holiday 2. There is no vacation pay 3. Employees have to wait a long while before they can receive their retro pay 4. Management has no concept on how to treat employees, rather only degrading words are spoken 5. Dorothy needs to be fired, she has to be the most nasty and disrespectful woman I've encounter in my life. In her mind, she sits on a throne and everyone else in beneath her. She needs to wake up and take multiple courses in Human resources and how to interact with her employees. Get off your high horses woman or else you might fall on your face. Learn to speak to your employees with some level of decency. I would have given you a 2 star because of Andy but you fired him as well so there isn't much left to compliment. It's time you find a new Job!

This agency is very discriminate against other race. As soon as you walk they don't even over you a seat and tell you about the agency but rather tell you that they don't have jobs availbabe for male . If there is no job available for male aids then why the government allow male aids to take the course ? If there is no job for male then why wasn't this printed in the West Indian paper when you posted your company ? Authorities need to step in and take actions against this agency for being descriminative. It's about time this agency close its door.
