I had my test on Sunday, December 29th, on Broadway near Houston Street, Manhattan a little over 48 hours ago and still no result notification.

They have to send you an email in approximately 24 hours. If it does not reach you, send them an email to claim

Get tested else where

When you get your text results it gives you an ID number and a CODE number in your email. You have to fill in the code blank with the CODE number you received in your email results.

Results are sent to your email via prophase labs, make sure you search your email for the correct sender

I have no idea where you got your information but absolutely they are running tests everyone l have taken with this company has been professional helpful And understanding when l l had a hard time filling out my form. And l have gotten all of my results when promised!! You should check your references before posting and giving out incorrect information.. Have an amazing New year Peace ✌️

I got a test on Sunday morning, never received my results. You guys don’t have anyone answering calls (which is illegal), whether you think you’re a scam or not, you’re breaking the law by falsely promising 48 turnover (and now that you know you can’t perform, your companies making the same promises). I hope you suffer legal consequences for the pain you’re causing so many people.
