Back in the day they gave you extensions for the coordinators now they don’t and when someone picks up they have you holding between 18-27 mins until you give up or they answer .. they refuse to give extensions. Communication is horrible . I have to reach out to the health insurance company to get a hold of them via EMAIL because they do the same to them as well. We had 2 bad aides I’ve been trying to complain about and not have them return but they don’t answer the phone so they don’t know about it

Alliance provided home care services for my mother for the past 7 years and they were fairly good but since they became Accent care it has gone down hill. Their service is terrible. You can’t get in contact with a coordinator most of the time and they forget to schedule a home aid to service a client. Don’t do business with this place, you will regret it if you do.

One of the worst agency someone could ever work with. My experience not even worth one star. First of all you can never get in touch with them, and when they do answer personally I got alot of attitude from a particular coordinator. I have had cases where I need assistance from the agency to cater to the need of my client, I leave numerous messages to call and up to now no one did. Never again will I work for this agency, they came to me so sweet like everything is good and I leave with a bitter taste in my mouth

Action Care is lacking professional organization n better service. Your staff needs to better answer their phones n ability to assist. Your Aids need proper training!!!!! They all want money but lack incentive to work for it. Agency has minimal Aids at any given time. Taking care of an elderly patient with Alzheimer's or Dimentia takes training. Problem still occurring. Replacement Aids not showing up. Agency scrambling to find another. I'm concerned of patients safety n how they pick their Aids. They don't clean after themselves. Cook their foods then leave kitchen dirty. They don't ask questions n BREAK multiple items in my mother's home which had to ALL BE REPLACED. NEVRR SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS!!! POOR TRAINING!!!
