he coordinator never knew who was being sent. The on call persons would randomly send aids without notifying us or paying any attention to our needs or requests. We had two aids sent out on same day without any notice to us. The is no coordination. Very badly run agency.

My father has been with this agency for a few years now. He has had regular home health aid service. However, we are know transiting from regular health aid service to CDPAP service. I have been in constant contact with Patrina Ross how has helped with all of the process for the transition to CDPAP. Patrina has been amazing in helping the transition process to be fast and a smooth process. So, far service has been great with nice experience.

The staffs at this place is very rude, they throwing policy in your face but can’t give you a copy. I know many people that work there and all of them stated that the people work there are very rude. Now they have this thing of re-applying even if you have been working there for many years. How can you re-apply for a job that you was not fire from or resigned. They won’t call their employees to let them know that the client is back home from hospital so they could return back to work. The staffs in the office needs customer services class and how to treat people with respect. This agency needs better staffing. You cannot get the manager or supervisor at this place. When you asked can I speak to the supervisor or manager the line will be disconnected. I will not refer anyone to this agency either as HHA or client.

Good morning. Yes, we're open today on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
Nursing personnel pay $15 an hour
An aide gets paid $11 an hour plus health benefits and paid personal time off. Yes we do have live in cases but we do not allow for one aide to work for all 7 days. We split it up between 2 aides.
