This is the worst home heatlh care agency I have ever had to deal with. Samantha is beyond rude as well as some of the people who work under her. They sent an aide who I caught yelling at my mom in the middle of night on a baby monitor. Then they stopped sending an aide out of no where. They try to censor you in talking to the aide directly by phone. Absolutely ridiculous. If I could give them less than a zero I would. This is no way to run a business that is supposed to be about "caring."
