The venue is wheelchair accessible, but they don't rent wheelchairs. You can also email them with questions at ticketing[at]vangoghnyc.com with accessibility questions.

There's no wheel chairs available for rent, only cushions to sit on, or if you could try the most expensive ticket that has a seating option on top that's reserved to people going on dates.

I'm sorry I don't know. I didn't see any wheelchairs at all, not for rent, or even being used.
