This is an older facility. It was very clean and it is an apt unit, it had full size refrigerator, full size stove,and small dishwasher in the unit. Very clean,nice atmosphere. Several sitting areas and a picnic area when walking to the beach. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach which is wonderful. You walk to Holmes Public Beach. It was our 1st time there. We loved it.

If you like funky old beach resorts then you will enjoy this place. It's old, very basic and needs some upgrades, but it is right in the middle of the beach action. You can walk to the beach, cafe & bar. Sit out on your balcony and watch people fight over parking spots. Enjoy other people's music whether you want to or not. The rooms need some sheer cutains or blinds considering the proximity to a public parking lot. We were not able to use the pool since the pool service dumped chlorine in during our stay. There was an extra bed sqeezed in our room which made it very cramped. Pidgeons were nesting above all the doors. Doubt we will be back.

Stayed here for a week. Beautiful view and good room. Heated pool was great,and great BBQ grill. Grab a burger from Skinnys Bar across the street because they are great. We will be back next year

They are usually in the room closets
