Nope that I know, it is not open 24 hrs. Pool has regulations in time.

There is no provided transportation to anywhere. If you don't want to rent a vehicle, you're stuck with either Taxi service, Uber, Lyft, etc. As far as how long the drive is, 45 minutes in ideal conditions, but realistically, close to an hour to get to Universal, slightly shorter to Sea World, and as it's on the southern side of the Airport, you could be on Disney property within 30 minutes, if you take the toll road.
