Why are your mailed ad cards made of plastic? It is a put-off to consider anything beyond being environmentally unfriendly. Would you pls consider paper based mailers?

Does BOX do refi loans with a HERO home improvement loan (or lien) on my residence, and if so, can it be rolled into the refi loan to pay it off?

I don't think so, but for questions this specific I would call them and ask. They know details like this pretty well. I did ask them if they do construction loans either rolled into a refi or not and they do not. One important thing we learned about a refi from doing one is that it prevents you from selling your house and buying another house for a year. They said sometimes it could be just six months. This prevented us from moving when prices and rates were better when we found a house we loved right after refinance. :(
