Very nice hotel and resort. Great Caribbean beach feel. The restaurant and service was top shelf. I very special shout out to the hotel and incredible staff. We were staying as hurricane Ian came through. Just wow, speechless on how some staff were on site making sure guests were fed and had clean towels etc. They had buffets for meals to eat from during the hurricane. The pool is fabulous, the biggest at Universal hotels I think. The Dhrum Club bar and restaurant has good drinks and food. Very enjoyable.

Great hotel! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The decor is bright and vibrant, beds are comfortable, and the bathroom has a great setup. Water taxi to CityWalk is an awesome extra perk.

No bus to resorts of disney but you can get a cab out side for $20
Tower 2 is best for pool and strong water tavern and tower 3 is good for amastista cookhouse and boat transportation. Lobby is equal distance from all towers.
You can get deals if you stay more than one night too, I stayed a week at about $130 a night plus taxes.

As of November 2021, the hot tub at Sapphire Falls was open. The average rooms do include coffee makers and a fridge, but not much more. I’m not sure about using Portofino’s amenities but I know when I visited you were allowed to use Cabana Bay’s pool and other things for no charge as long as you could show proof of your stay!

We never had a hold, they keep card # on file for anything around the resort & you can use your room key at the parks which is linked to your CC
Unfortunately they do not have shuttles to Disney Springs. You can uber it..

For information on Cabanas A premium Cabana which is 1-4 and 9-11 is $225 for the whole day. A standard Cabana which is 5-8 and 12-16 is $200 for the whole day. They offer half days for cabanas after 3 pm.

Yes and there is also transportation to parks and they even have a car service that takes you to other resorts locally.. we got the service for free I don't know if it is for all guests or free based on room
Not what i know off! However by staying this hotel you can get early access to universal and volcano bay. Free boat taxi aswell to universal.
