Yes, there is a bus shuttle you can take but it has to make multiple stops before getting you there. I recommend the free water taxi that comes about every 10 minutes and goes directly to CityWalk.
The water taxi to CityWalk, Islands of Adventure, and Universal Studios runs every 15-20 minutes. Currently from 7am until 2am. The shuttle to those same locals runs twice an hour but will take you double or more the amount of time. To get to Volcano Bay, only a bus running every 10-15 min will take you there.

The water taxi is fun and free 100% the way to go. The shuttles can be tricky to use and arnt as frequent. I got back directions for one shuttle and ended up just walking the .5 mile to the park. Water ferry fan forever now :) you'll love it.
