We rented a house for a week. Can you park in the parking lot and take the water taxi to the park? Or do you have to be staying at the hotel?

There is a parking fee of 45 if you park without being a guest, but you can validate if you're dinning or drinking at Sapphire Falls.

Pretty much what everyone else has already said, it's still cheaper to park at the normal universal parking than park here to skip the first 1/2 mile walk. If you can link it up with a drink with a friend before hand then it's pretty much even pricing.

I think there may be a charge. Would be safer just to call.

You can park at the hotel, but the parking garage isn't free unless you are a hotel guest.
