Yes. I ship packages for people to hotels all the time. They may not notify you when it arrives, but it will be accepted. Make sure the hotel name is on it and it says guest:______

I don't see why that would be a problem just make sure that you address the pack c/o your full name. Also if you want I 100% assurance I would call and speak to a concierge.

It shouldn't be an issue but there may be a surcharge added to your room bill.
