The office staff was fantastic. We stayed Fri-Sun & loved every minute of our experience. We were looking for a quiet & relaxing beach get away for our anniversary & Seaside Inn of Sanibel delivered! We didn’t take advantage of the kayak or paddle boards but having the beach chairs & umbrellas on the beach were a great addition. We stayed on a 1st floor partial Gulf view & when we come back we will opt for a 2nd floor full Gulf view. 🙂 The saltwater swimming pool was very clean & the grounds were impeccable. We also used the bikes to explore a bit of the area around us. We highly recommend this property for a maximum relaxation getaway!

Wonderful staff and a nice quiet setting. No, the buildings and rooms are not new, but we had everything we needed. We stayed in a gulf front room that had a microwave, refrigerator, and coffeemaker. Out of curiosity, we toured one of the 1 br cottages that had a more complete kitchen and separate bedroom. Again, the countertops, cabinetry, and flooring are not the newest, but we liked the unpretentious feel of old Florida. A special thanks the Amber, Lena, and Lily in the office. Always cheerful and helpful!

Positive: Very quaint hotel with direct access to private beach. Lots of amenities such as kayaks, paddleboards, beach chairs and towels for free. Great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Negative: Rooms need a little updating but the beds were very comfy.

Rustic hotel, truly a beach getaway. Front desk staff friendly and very helpful. No room service since we only stayed 2 nights. Slightly musty smelling in our room, but beds were comfy, clean linens, beach was outstanding for shell seeking and swimming. Small pool was perfect for an early evening dip. Planning to return during the cooler months for a longer stay to enjoy the kayaks, bikes, and maybe even grill. One of our favorite vacations!
