No. All evidence must be medical evidence. If you file, you would tell them the names of all of her physicians, and they will get those records. Her doctor should do a Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) to determine if her asthma is severe enough to obtain disability. If she is able to function at school without missing too many days and in a mainstream classroom, it is extremely difficult to prove a disabling condition. Good luck!

You just need the new banks account number and routing number. Then tell your old bank you are switching banks and they will ask you for the numbers. Be sure to open the new account first.
