AC Hotel by Marriott Cincinnati at The Banks

Pros: Nice rooms and incredibly great location directly across the street from Great American Ball Park, friendly personnel. Major con: they do a VERY poor job of getting folks into their rooms before 3pm. Dozens of folks were waiting for rooms to be released. With game time at 4pm this hotel does not cater to the very customers who are booking the rooms. They really need to work on releasing rooms the second they are cleaned and they need to clean rooms as soon as folks check out.

Sasha Falls

This hotel is by far one of the most beautiful downtown unfortunately I did not get to stay at my last visit, as the Front desk would not let me check in. I was assured by the paying party that my name was left at the desk as she was assured she did not have to leave me a key in that everything would be taken care of. This however was not the case and I was not allowed to go up to my room that was already paid for, mind you I had already checked my car into the valet (tipped) and had my bags in hand . Not the best customer service as I have had fewer problems at far less expensive hotels and much more friendly staff to want to fix the problem. I definitely will not be back here and I will not recommend this hotel in the future to others . //Unfortunately the hotel made no attempt to contact me to correct this unfortunate experience even after contacting support. Customer care is lacking greatly.

This place is great! The roof has a bar and a beautiful view. This hotel its located directly across the street from the Reds stadium so its very convenient when attending a game oh even enjoying a fun time on they Banks

No complaints, it’s in the center of downtown; pleasant staff; the valet (which I typically don’t like) was amazing and very very nice, helpful and responsive. The staff made the stay amazing, from the check in; to the breakfast staff in the dinning room, the people who work in this hotel are amazing. AC is a very nice hotel, clean, beautiful. Treat your self if your traveling and stay here.
