GM Ray checked us in was able to occupy the room early. Hotel was very clean, room smelled amazing. One of the best so far, price was great. A hidden gem!

To start, we were given a room that already had an uninvited guest. After trying to use the key three times, he burst out of the door cussing at us. The night clerk was not very apologetic. The morning clerk said he's a regular that pays in cash, so they know about him but still allow him to stay. The room was clean. Air conditioning worked satisfactory. They advertised a breakfast. ITS ONLY A GRAB BAG WITH A BANANA AND MUFFIN. We won't be staying here again.

Bath tub and wash basin do not drain quickly water quickly. Rooms are not clean, but bed is fine. Breakfast not supplied as per booking. Cold bread and cerial kept on the table. How come this hotel rated 8.9?

Don’t stay here! They keep your deposit and say it’s for cleaning charges!!!! My sister and I stayed here and we’re both very clean and courteous to the staff. So we made our beds and threw away our trash. When checking out they said it will take 7-10 business days to receive our deposits. After 2 weeks I called the hotel and they said they sent my deposit. 3 weeks later, I called and they said it was for cleaning charges but they didn’t know what for. So I asked for the manager to call back with proof of why they are charging. After 3 months of me calling 2 times a week they notified me that we had allegedly threw food on the ceilings and walls (We ate out. Never in the room. And still no proof). When contacting my bank they said I wasn’t able to dispute the charge because it was over two months. Soo what I learned is AS SOON AS THEY SAY THEYRE NOT GIVING YOU YOUR DEPOSIT CALL YOUR BANK!! Cause they’re not giving it back. Never staying at Quality Inn again!! They’re crooks!!!!
