Room was really nice. Staff very nice. The Starbucks downstairs refused to make decaf brew for me and my wife. I have a fib. Also, the bananas were $2.00 each! As we were leaving the lobby had an infestation of termites! We had to step through them. Other than those things mentioned a good stay.

We didn't get to sleep very well. As my room was right across from elevator. We had to hear people in hallway getting on and off elevator. And also folks allowing their room doors to slam, all hours of the night and early morning. Other than these two problems. Myself and my 3 granddaughters enjoy the stay. They really liked the swimming pool.

The hotel was great - I enjoyed how clean it was, the crisp white sheets, the updated bathrooms. My only suggestion is to find some way to keep the doors from slamming so loud and echoing into the rooms. I was woken up so many times from the doors slamming though out the night. Also, the AC seemed to have a hard time staying at a consistent temp.

Nice hotel and awesone staff and I would love to book again but just can't take another chance. My only complaint is that our bedding was not changed from the last guest, the bed was just remade and there were juice stains and blood on the bedding. The front desk was very apologetic and swift to correct the problem by giving us another room. I know it's hard to find good help but that shows that housekeeping could care less about someone sleeping in a dirty bed.
