Front desk lady on 7/4/22 at noon was playing with her phone, sitting at the business center. I didn't know she was working the front desk. I thought she was a hotel guest. I had to call the hotel phone number, rang the front desk phone, to get her attention. She was clearly bothered by my request to check me in. I am sorry for disrupting her phone time.

Nice pool and it was mostly empty. Wish breakfast was included. Room was clean and towels were replenished daily. Lobby was spacious and the elevator required your room key to use so that was a nice feature. Wish I would have known I couldn't pay with cash.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The welcome was cordial with a smile. And parking was convenient and only ended up being $10 so that was a pleasant surprise. My only issue is, I left the event I was attending early in order to get back to the hotel in time for a relaxing dinner and a couple drinks. The website stated (and still states) that the restaurant and bar close at 10 p.m. They close at 9. I arrived for check-in just in time...to find that out and have to go out for dinner. Now, I should have realized from my experience at the Covington location last year (in that case, the website showed the restaurant hours but the restaurant wasn't open AT ALL) that a call ahead was in order. Just figured things were back to 'normal' so expected the information to be accurate. It wasn't a miserably cold night for a walk to the Hard Rock but I would have preferred a quiet dinner at Spoon and Cellar.

My boyfriend and I took a road trip to Cincinnati and we were looking at hotels within walking distance to the Hard Rock Casino. This hotel was in the perfect location. Now, we really wanted a room with a view of the city and the staff tried their best to get one but there wasn’t one available which was a little disappointing. But as for the room…it was clean, up to date, and comfortable. We loved that there was a bar at the hotel with happy hour. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall I’d stay here again.
