Good Service. I made a mistake with my Stihl MS170 chainsaw. I accidentally put chain oil in the 50/1 gas/oil tank and 50/1 gas/oil in the chain oil tank. I realized my mistake before I tried to start the saw. While I waited, a Siskun mechanic cleaned up the tanks and put in a new filter (I think it was a gas filter). They charged me for the filter ($7) did the cleanup for nothing. (I’ve been a customer for over 10 years so you might not get the same break). The saw started perfectly and runs great.

Todd and team worked with me to get a new Stihl electric lawnmower in these times of shortage of everything. They were extremely responsive to emails and went out of their way to get me what I needed. Picked it up last weekend at their shop. Their shop is loaded with "toys"! I have found my local Stihl dealer and happy to be doing business with them.

I prepaid for some parts, they said it would about 2 weeks, they said they would call me. I called after 2 weeks, not in yet, they would call me. After three or so more weeks I called again, yes there in, we called. I said did you leave me a message? AH AH no we texted you. What would make them think my land line would take a text. My parts where there 25 days with no follow up!! And these guys handle power tools??? ha,ha,ha

Great Stihl products, knowledgeable staff. Don't bother with goofing around with other power equipment, visit this lace for some quality Stihl products and get the job done. Excellent customer service, well done, highly recommended.

We are doing our best to follow guide lines and best practices. We are wearing masks and asking all customers to wear one also. We are taking extra steps (handwashing, wipe downs and more) to keep our store clean and safe for our team and customers. If you are not comfortable coming in the store but need service or supplies feel free to call us to arrange curb side service!
Hi Phil, after speaking to the technician who worked on the machine for you just last week, he informed me the the carburetor did not have large debris in it which is what the fuel filter screen is there for. I do see a work order from 2015 that makes mention of you removing the fuel filter, but the machine ran for 6 years after that. It is our belief that the small amount of clogging in the needle of the carb was not a direct cause of the fuel filter missing. If you have more questions we encourage you to give us a call at (425) 252-3688 or stop on by and we can get this sorted out for you.
No we do not.
Guess I'll drive up the Granite Falls a sound like they're gonna be very much I help compared to what you guys were
