They said they could fix my AC. I dropped my car Tuesday evening got it back on Thursday. They told me they cant fix it and to take it to the dealership. I had them also run a diagnostic test because i had a check engine light on. Which they did but they didnt even fix it. Pretty sure the gas cap was the issue. Maybe if you are just looking for tires this might be a good place but i wouldn't recommend for vehicle maintenance. I got charged for things that i will probably get charged again when i take it to a place that can actually fix things.

I just want to take this time to say thank you to these PEP BOYS on Evergreen Way, Russell, Rafael and the tech Paul. They help me from beginning to end and were pleasant, kind and fast. They even stayed late to make sure I was taken good care of and my car was good to go. They definitely showed excellent customer service. Thanks for doing all that you guys do. If you ever have a tire emergency check these guys out. They deserve a raise for sure 😁😁

We came in and had a tire that could not be fixed. We were due for new tires anyway and bought 4 tires. With the installation we purchased the alignment and all the bells and whistles and it was still cheaper than anywhere else we looked. The man who helped us was very nice and listened to our concerns. I feel we got a great service for a great price.
