Thank you to Nikita, front desk TALENT, how exhibit amazing customer service!! She needs a raise and a promotion to be a part of the training staff!! While the room I selected is not the room I received, she jumped into action and came up with a workable resolution. She was very professional. The hotel is conveniently located 20 minutes from down town, and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. Be advised that a late night food run will require your patience, wait times can be up to 45 minutes. Enjoy your stay!

So dirty here I would Def look elsewhere for rooms. Hot tub broken no breakfast to speak of and housekeeping is a joke Please go elsewhere

My son stayed here for 5 weeks while taking courses and it was a very nice place, very clean and safe. There were a few cosmetic things that needed to be fixed, but overall very comfortable. Oh, and the bed was amazing and there were numerous very large fluffy pillows.

Positive: The room and cleanliness and price Negative: The breakfast. They still are just giving you a bag breakfast of a piece of fruit and a milk but haven¿t lower their price. This breakfast has to cost them a lot less than what they used to provide. They need to get back to it.
