Positive: Location. Bed very comfortable. Negative: Sadly, the pandemic really hit/is hitting hotels. Our room Was nice but some small things needed to be addressed. Mirror in bath, used soap in shower, only 1 coffee with caffeine. Just not 4 star in any way

Booked this hotel due to a weekend stay in Cincinnati. The hotel was nice. Seemed a little outdated though. The views from our room were amazing! The view of downtown were breathtaking. Valet parking did a great job getting our car to us. The reason for the 3 star review, the elevators were as slow as ever. And crowded. After checkout, the escalator doing down was broke. A lot of us had to pack luggage and walk down the escalator the was broken. None of the staff seemed to be working on the issue. Oh yeah, front desk representative Kay was very friendly. She gave me a complimentary upgrade on our room because she liked the color of my lipstick! Haha.

We booked a room for our anniversary but we had reservations that evening prior to our stay. We arrived to check in around 8:45 and the garage was full and so was valet. This was very upsetting because I assumed that since we were staying there, that was an accommodation. We ended up parking at another garage and had to pay an additional fee for parking. Other thank that the room was nice, clean and cozy.

First off, we booked here mostly due to the pictures of an amazing pool that my daughter was excited about only to arrive and find out it was not open. This was not listed anywhere on their website. When we arrived to the room it was 80°, we turned the temp down, went to dinner and hours later it was still 78°. We had someone come “fix” it. An hour later it was still the same temperature. We called down and got a new room. The same thing proceeded with this room. We moved rooms for a 3rd time (in the middle of the night, having to wake our one year old up each time to transfer our belongings) only to end up in yet another hot room that would not cool off. By this point we were all beyond exhausted and just over it. We all woke up drenched in sweat early the next morning. The stay was so awful we cut our trip early and canceled our next night and decided to go home. I have traveled a lot and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. If you don’t mind expecting to hang out in an empty pool and sleeping in a sauna, this is the place for you. Otherwise, rethink your decision to stay here.
