First Mark Man that helps you with your luggage is the hardest working man in the hotel. Please give him a raise immediately. The hotel history is fantastic. The art deco is fantastic. The rooms are small. I asked for a coffee in the restaurant during their breakfast they wanted to charge me 2.75?!? There was a pot sitting there with to go cups and they said it would cost me… okay.. no. Okay place. Hard-working employees

Nice downtown older 1920s hotel with nice upgrades over the years but still older style charm. Clean and roomy rooms and thin feather comforters so I slept cozy and well. Pool was closed so I was bummed. All staff encounters were super friendly and helpful. Valet parking $30 a day... was fast and efficient but self serve $20 a day was quick and accessible too. TV access was annoying though because there is no way to see what is on. You only see channels but not really important. Amenities are all a close walk away. We went the zoo and the Ark and Creation Museum. I was really impressed with them.

Lovely hotel- beautiful architecture. But if you need to eat in the middle of the day, forget it! They are no longer offering room service, the lunch restaurant closes early. There is a several hour gap in the middle of the day with NO options other than a Subway. Yes I asked the front desk… the restaurant they sent us to was closed as well. Update to remove a star - front desk couldn’t be less helpful! They don’t answer the phone so you have to go down there. One employee (the one who sent us to a closed restaurant) just sits there AND DOESN’T EVEN LOOK UP WHEN YOU WALK UP. The other lady at least tried to be helpful. But don’t ask for any normal type items to borrow. They don’t have them. And they certainly aren’t going to find any for you. I’ve stayed at MUCH less expensive hotels with MUCH better customer service.

It's just such a good hotel. If you're looking for modern, this isn't your spot. But if you're a fan of history and can appreciate the preserved rooms and amenities, you'll be quite happy here. The staff are friendly and Anthony went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It would be the perfect spot for a 20s photo shoot!

Yes they have it all
No, not for the hotel. There was self parking and valet. Neither were cheap
I mean theres parking garages everywhere around there but theres not an actual parking lot to my knowledge.
Check Cincinnati. Com. Music Hall, Krohn Conservatory, Playhouse Christmas Carol play. Lots to do.
