Beautiful view of Lake Michigan and Grant Park, right by trains and buses to get you around the city easily, the maintenance team is great and the property manager is very easy to work with. The units themselves are also pretty modern and updated.

I have lived here for almost month or so, and have had an overall very positive experience. My interactions with MGMT and leasing office staff have all been great. Front concierge interactions have also all been great, staff members have been nice and helpful. Have there been a few hiccups? Sure - couple times only one elevator available, becuase other 2 were either broken or reserved for move-ins. Seen a few washing machines out of order. And my apt sinks need minor repairs. But overall, I really like this place - amazing location, fair price for location and amenities, great discount on gym with direct access within building, and great customer service.

We met an engineer named Jon who was very helpful in getting us out of a car situation and was very friendly and supportive
