I've lived at Kingsbury Plaza off and on for over 10 years now. The door staff, maintenance team and management team are all extremely friendly. The views are definitely some of the best in the city. The size of the one bedroom apartments also is fantastic.

I just moved to Kingsbury Plaza a month ago and it has been an amazing experience living here so far. The building is very nice and the apartments are pretty spacious. The support team is amazing and has made the move pretty easy for me.

One word...HOME! I am so lucky to be able to call Kingsbury Plaza my home. I've lived here for 5 months now and I've had nothing, but positive experiences. I moved to Chicago from California and the team at KP were so helpful with the process. Faheem, Resident Relations Coordinator, was the lovely person that assisted me with the entire process and he was so helpful and patient every step of the way. Him and his staff continue to show me everyday why I love it here so much. I am extremely happy with the friendly and helpful staff. Besides the staff, let me just say that the amenities are so great and my apartment is amazing! The building is in a great location, and the views from the units are so stunning. It is also a very dog friendly building, which was a must for me. My dog loves it here and both him and I have made many new friends. Thank you KP team for everything you do day in and day out!

I've lived in a number of buildings in Chicago, including several luxury apartment complexes in River North, and I've never been happier. I love my apartment and the location is perfect. The building itself has really great energy and the staff is wonderful. The rooftop is very unique - lots of grass and trees, which is hard to find in Chicago! They also host regular social events, which is a great way to meet new people. I'm really picky, and I can't think of one thing at Kingsbury Plaza that doesn't deserve five stars.
