Lived in this building for over 3 years and I’m done with it. Aside from the awful construction which everyone is talking about, I had a broken dishwasher for 2 months and was not allowed any concessions on my rent while they “waited for a board” then eventually the dishwasher was replaced. Everything about the building is underwhelming and frustrating.

Do not rent in this building. They are doing construction every day from 8-5 for the next 3 years. It is extremely loud, disruptive and dusty. they are not offering any rent concessions for existing renters. I will Be unable to use my balcony and have to have my outdoor furniture in my apartment for the next two months. And they still decide to raise our rent.

Don’t rent here! The management underplays the concrete construction work that is expected to last 3 years. The jack hammering noise is from 8-4 pm each weekday and the concrete dust is everywhere. You will be unable to use your balconies due to the noise and dust. Forget working from home. Many balconies have to be torn down and rebuilt. Lots of other newer build rental options in the neighborhood-choose them!
