Increasing problems with poorly cleaned-up dog urine in the elevators---sticky and smelly. Area outside of the main entrance is also dog urine saturated. Dog barking from apparently untrained dogs is fairly constant. Recent work order involving a leaky window supposedly taken care of with no usual note offering documentation. Furthermore there is some discomfort with the idea that the apartment was accessed in our absence with no note or evidence of repair. Requests for documentation resulted in no response..
