Great place for non back woods family camping of any kind...tent, pop up, camper, RV, etc. Great indoor pool, pristine bathrooms and Pemigewasset Lake/Beach is the cherry on top!

This is one of the cleanest campgrounds we have been to! The sites are huge and have so much privacy with your own table, trash can and fire pit. There’s a cute little store, arcade room, TV/library room and of course our favorite, the pool and hot tub! We loved this campground!

It's ok. I was assigned a site that flooded every time it rained which in the last two weeks was most of the time. Water ran down the street and into our site bringing junk and debris with it. The area between my site and the one next to me had an area that collected the running water and kept it there so mosquitoes were terrible Really like the dense woods but the access roads were very narrow and branches rubbed against my coach. They were pruning while I was there but not in the areas that mattered. If u have a big rig this is probably not for you. I'm 43 feet and I would not go back.

Overall the campground was nice. Although we had site 219 which looked at a maintenance building unfortunately so avoid that site. The sites were nicely wooded and spaced apart. They had a playground, basketball hoop, swimming pool and a dog park. To get in it’s gated. Check in office isn’t directly in front it’s a bit of a drive into the place to get to office. When you book if it’s less than 6 nights you aren’t assigned a site until you arrive which I didn’t like. Even with gps it wasn’t easy to find. I would go back.
