I loved living at the Shoreland, but needed to move out earlier than planned because of a job in another state. Ruth in resident services was amazing. She helped me with every step of my lease buy-out, met with me in person several times, and was very responsive via email. So grateful to her. Sorry to say goodbye to a great apartment!

I enjoyed my time at The Shoreland. The front desk staff was great. Mia was amazing. She was friendly, helpful and always made me feel welcomed returning home. The maintenance staff were always professional, helpful and quick to respond to requests. Additionally, Ruth Hamilton was an absolute gem. She was professional, responsive and always solution focused. I had very few issues at The Shoreland but when something arose, Ms. Hamilton was able and willing to address it. I hope Mac Properties recognizes and rewards the value Mia and Ruth add to the team and the resident’s experience.
