I share the views that Josh S posted last year. The same situation regarding closed dumpsters and full dumpsters are still a problem and even more so a year later. Seymour is a growing community and has outgrown this facility. I work during the week in Knoxville and cannot get back to Seymour on weekdays to make the trip to this center. On Saturday, I have had to return home with garbage because the dumpsters are full or not in working order. Expanded weekday hours and/or more dumpsters are badly needed.
