Well the rent is out rageous. And taking out the low income housing that is not nice there's people here that work and this is what they could afford. My opinion you should reconsider keeping the low income housing. Thank you resident of the Pavilion. Another thing I have to say the people that are on the leasing office especially Vanessa Rivera they are exceptional people that help you in any way they can.

Friendly staff, management was unorganized and overwhelmed with no sense of time management in her day. Very disappointing did not show up on scheduled 1st meeting and was vocal about the inconvenience of having to meet on 2nd scheduled meeting.

This place is by far the worst place I have ever lived it is Infested with roaches and bed bugs and they do 0 to fix the problem they've said they treated my apartment but I still see bugs I've had roaches and bed bugs all over my brand new bed im a Very clean person I did not bring these bugs they've been there for quite some time they have had bad reviews about bugs about this place that go on for years If you try to call them to report the problem they put you on hold and never call you back and don't answer the phone to you ever again after that And now they try to respond saying they don't find me as a resident I'm an apartment 905 And I can't wait to get out of this place They say they have been treating my place weekly but I don't think the guy that they use is doing his job correctly whatsoever Then why when I came home last night did I see roaches climbing up the wall and bed bug in the sink I left them in the Tupperware on the counter top for you guys to see they didn't even look at it left them there I'm gonna lose thousands of dollars worth of a belongings because of this place because I can't take the chance to bring it to my new place Just please contact me and let me out of my lease so I could find a nice place to live I have video and photo documentation of everything

Repair guy told me on the final day of my lease that the equipment is old and in surprisingly poor shape.
The mail room is quite big

Hi Lauren, we are walkable. A couple things we have a bus that stops right outside the front doors of the building that can take you anywhere. It comes every 20 minutes. We are a 7 minute walk to the Blu-line that take people in and out of the city and back and forth to O'Hare airport. We are right next to a forest preserve and a bikable community. You will not have a problem is yo do not have a car, restaurants are walkable as it coffee shops. best of all we have a convenient store onsite.
We encourage you to go online, we have 42 different floor plans and lease lengths that start at three months and can up to 2 years. Check us out.
