Canterbury Court was a great home for the year we spent between selling and buying a house. If you know the neighborhood, you know it’s all there. The building itself is historic and well kept - and so full of history. Our corner studio was bright and airy. The staff and management go out of their way to help with your needs. We felt welcome and safe in their care. If you appreciate a family feel, a down-to-earth day-to-day operation, and a smile when you get home, the Canterbury is it. We left with lots of good memories and we will miss the CC!

We lived in a studio at Canterbury Court for 1.5 years, and it was wonderful. The front desk staff takes the building security seriously, and the common spaces are clean and well-maintained. The location is also AMAZING. You're just a few blocks from the beach, all the best restaurants and much more! The apartment even had a walk-in closet. Would highly recommend; We really enjoyed our stay!

Canterbury was a great place to stay during my short time in Chicago. The staff was friendly and always ready to help or assist me. When I had a problem or issue with my apartment the problem was solved that same day or the very next. I never had to ask twice or remind the staff to solve a problem for me. The apartments are clean and well taken care. I would 100% recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a reasonably price apartment that gives you a access to the luxuries of Chicago. 10/10
