The Oliver on LaSalle Apartments

I found the Oliver on LaSalle through their website when deciding to move back to Chicago. The price and location was just what I was looking for. After taking a virtual tour, I could not find a room that suited me. I asked the staff for photos of additional units, and found the room I now call my home! The Oliver on LaSalle has been above my expectations. All maintenance requests are resolved within the day, the staff is friendly, and the amenities are just right. Every resident I have interacted with has been kind. I love the security of the building along with the courtyard in the the front. It takes you out of the city hustle into a more quite oasis. The rooftop is beautiful and my favorite place to be during sunset. You can easily hop on the bus, train, or walk to get where you want to go. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby that make the area very attractive. The company has done a great job updating the building, I could not say enough about my experience so far at the Oliver on LaSalle.

The Oliver on Lasalle is a great place to live! All the staff members from the leasing office, security, and maintenance crew are all very kind, personable, and super helpful! It’s in a great location and within walking distance to anything you could ever want! Everything advertised was exactly what I got and even more by deciding to lease here! All the appliances and everything else in the apartment works how it show and I couldn’t asked for anything more from The Oliver! Plus the grill and rooftop deck is the cherry on top!

I have really enjoyed living at this apartment, the staff is super responsive and the in-house maintenance team is always super friendly and helpful. The only downfalls are the carpeted hallways which trap smells, and the location can sometimes get loud and feel a little unsafe later in the night. Other than that, I think for the price, it is a good spot!
