I love it, nice residential area

It's a nice little boating community. Came here for a small 2 night, 3 day vacation and we loved everything about this place. Note, it's a private community so you'd have to know someone in order to get in. Or ask for a tour of the community via a reservation. Thanks to our friends, our little condo came with an electric Club kart that we used to travel between the private beach and going to the pool instead of using the car. Most if not all the condo's are 2 story houses with a kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. It features 3 pools, one for each of the sections of the community. Pool is nice and clean although for those winter months it's not heated and they don't have any jacuzzies. It also features a tennis court, private boat ramp, roughly each residence has their own boat slip/dock, and it has its own private trailer parking for your vessels. The only thing I do have to say is that the residents that live here don't care for pet hygiene. People just allow pets to poo on the ground where you walk and not pick it up. It's very smelly. Don't know why it's so hard to carry around a dog bag on your leash. Even by the beach it smells like poo or dirty leaking sewage water. It's disgusting when the wind draft carries it. It's a nice little community but be careful where you walk and maybe where a noseplug.
