As Peggy said front door is level, if you want to go by waterside, tiki hut area you can go on Northside of place that also incorporates the boat ramp . You can access area that way.
I do not remember anyone smoking while we were at the bar. Don't hesitate to go though they have a deck, picnic tables and a nice dock. Lots of locals and live music.

None at all. It was a hotel in the movie, it is a bar with a stage for a band and a pool table now.
I was there later in the evening and saw no signs of there being any food service. Unless they do outdoor BBQ.

Always a good show and excellent beverages. Definitely packed inside but plenty of room to escape down to the docks...
