Why does Management think that having the security guards handling paying resident's personal mail packages is good idea, risking it to get stolen from the hallway? Why can't you let US look for our own stuff in the designated mail room area?

The package mail room can often be crowded because people don't pick up their packages in a timely manner. So sometimes they have security deliver packages to someone's apartment door when they are running low on space in the mail room.
